Steil Systems is a field operations and business management application for trades businesses. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Steil Systems is provided for lawful business use by tradespeople, contractors, and field service operators. You may not use the app for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates applicable local, provincial, national, or international law.
You are solely responsible for all data you enter into the app, including job records, client information, financial data, and crew details.
All data you enter into Steil Systems is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, store, or access your data. You own everything you put into the app. Deletion of the app removes all locally stored data.
Steil Systems is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of bugs. Use the app at your own risk.
We are not responsible for any loss of data, loss of business, or any other damages arising from your use of the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Steil Systems and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the app.
The Steil Systems app, including its design, code, and content, is the property of its developers. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the app without written permission.
Steil Systems may integrate with third-party services such as Google Play for payment processing. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be published at this URL. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the app shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
